AERONCA ENGINE WARRANTY

We warrant each new engine manufactured by us to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service and proper installation; our obligations under this warranty being limited to shipment to the purchase without charge, except for transportation, of the part or parts intended to replace those returned to the Aeronautical Corporation or America, with transportation charges prepaid, and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to have been defective; within ninety (90) days after delivery to the original purchase; this warranty being expressly in lieu of all other warranties and representation expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the factory.

We make no warranty whatsoever with respect to magnetos, carburetors, or other trade accessories inasmuch as they are warranted separately by their respective manufacturers.

We reserve the right to make changes in design or to make additions to or improvements to our engines without imposing any obligations upon ourselves to install them on engines previously manufactured.
