CF-BBJ Aeronca K on floats. (200k)
Might have been taken in Kingston Ontario, at the east end of Lake Ontario. It might have been flown into the a/p and the guy on the float foolin around might be Mike Sinclair, the Chief mechanic for the Kingston Flying Club at the time.
