        MEMORANDUM TO OWNERS OF AERONCA AIRPLANES
        POWERED WITH AERONCA E-113C ENGINES

SUBJECT:  Recommended oils

We have received requests from operators for information regarding
the recommended oils to be used in the subject model engine.

For your information, we are listing below, in alphabetical
order, a number of popular brands of oil which have been found
to be satisfactory lubricants for the Aeronca engines.

                   Kendall
                   Mobiloil
                   Shell
                   Stanavo
                   Texaco
                   Tiolene
